Nigel has worked in mental health services since 1984 and has been practising CBT since 1996. He provides and receives regular clinical supervision. He has a particular interest in working with adults who experience difficulties with anxiety and or depression.

Mark has over 20 years experience of practicing CBT. He has trained and supervised many practitioners over the years and has a particular interest in working with young people who are experiencing problems for the first time.



Susan Courtney

Susan has been working in the NHS adult mental health services since 1985 and completed her ENB 650 CBT training in 1996. She continues to provide therapy for a wide range of psychological difficulties. Susan has a particular interest and much experience in working with people with chronic eating problems and Obsessional Compulsive Disorder.

Lydia has worked in mental health services for over 20 years and has been practicing as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist since 1993. She provides clinical supervision to/for other professionals practicing CBT and has a particular interest in working with adult clients who experience difficulties with depression and/or trauma and young people who experience difficulties with anxiety.



Peter Brady

Peter has worked in mental health services for over 30 years and has been practicing CBT since 1995. He regularly provides clinical supervision for other professionals who practice CBT. His particular interest is in working with an adult client group who experience problems with anxiety in its many forms, depression, and OCD.
